Four states live. Each entry says where the data comes from, how often it moves, and what it leaves out — the last part matters more than the first two.

Collateral descriptions on older filings live only inside filing images; we recover them from the PDFs rather than dropping them.

The state publishes active liens only. Terminated and lapsed history is not in the public extract, so Connecticut counts describe the live file, not everything ever filed.

Weekly pull of a rolling window

The free Oregon extract is a rolling one-month window of new filings. We pull it weekly because anything missed for long enough leaves the source permanently.

Texas is the largest gap and is next on the list. Three states — Kansas, Minnesota and New Mexico — restrict marketing use of UCC data, so they will not be added for lead-list purposes regardless of what they cost.
