Aggregate UCC statistics as CSV. No account, no email, no licence — take them, chart them, cite them. Public-domain filing data, counted and cleaned.

Lender league table

Download CSV

UCC filing volume per secured party per state, for the 1,000 highest-volume lender/state pairs. Every alias a lender files under is folded onto one canonical entity first, which is what makes a ranking like this mean anything.

Columns
lender
Canonical lender name, presentation spelling
state
USPS code of the filing jurisdiction
filings
All UCC filings naming this lender in this state
ucc1_filings
Of those, original UCC-1 financing statements
first_filing
Earliest filing date held (YYYY-MM-DD)
last_filing
Most recent filing date held (YYYY-MM-DD)

Capped at 1,000 rows by filing volume. This is a statistic, not the underlying register.

New UCC-1 filings by month and state

Download CSV

A monthly count of new original financing statements in each state we hold, for the last five years. The series equipment-finance and MCA analysts usually want and cannot get in one place.

Columns
state
USPS code
month
YYYY-MM
new_ucc1_filings
Count of UCC-1s first recorded in that month

The most recent month is partial until that state's extract is fully published.

Liens inside the §9-515 lapse window

Download CSV

How many active UCC-1s are currently in their final six months with no continuation filed, by state — and how many of those lapse within ninety days. This is LapseRadar counted rather than listed.

Columns
state
USPS code
liens_in_lapse_window
Active UCC-1s in month 54–60, no continuation on file
lapsing_within_90_days
The narrow end of that window

Moves nightly. Counts only; the filing-level list is what a subscription buys.

Using these

Everything here is derived from public-record filings and is released into the public domain under CC0. Cite it, republish it, build on it — a link back is appreciated and not required.

Coverage is California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, with the caveats on the coverage page — read them before drawing a conclusion from a count. If you want a cut we do not publish, ask: hello@lapseradar.com.

What is not here is the register itself — filing-level rows, debtors, addresses, collateral text. That is the subscription, and a free sample of it is a form away.
