UCC data for MCA funders and ISOs

Two different jobs come off the same filings: finding merchants who just took money, and checking what is already filed against one before you add to it.

The prospecting side is the familiar one — a fresh UCC-1 means a merchant that just financed something and has an active relationship with a funder. Weekly, segmented by lender class so you can look at only the filers you care about.

The underwriting side is the one a single state’s file cannot do. Stacking shows up across jurisdictions: a merchant incorporated in one state with liens filed in another. We resolve debtor identity across every state we hold, so the question “what else is on this business” has one answer instead of four partial ones.

Both come out of the same resolved database, which is the point — the lien stack is not a separate product, it is what having the entity graph gets you.

A note on which states

Kansas, Minnesota and New Mexico restrict marketing use of UCC data. We do not include them in lead lists and would be careful about any vendor that does. Everything we do hold, with its caveats, is on the coverage page.
